The Orpheus Hellenic Folklore Society (OHFS) is proud to celebrate 37 years of
preserving and sharing Greek culture with the community. Orpheus has offered one of
the most vibrant and successful Greek cultural programs that have touched countless
lives and strengthened the bonds of our Greek American heritage.

In 2026, Orpheus will take center stage at two prestigious national competitions— the Hellenic Dance Festival in New Orleans, LA, and the Faith Dance Festival in Phoenix, AZ. These events attract thousands of dancers, musicians, and families from across the country, creating unforgettable moments of tradition, artistry, and
community pride.

Our Orpheus teams will represent Chicago alongside world-class musicians and
directors from Greece, whose collaboration elevates the authenticity and quality of our
performances. Together, we showcase not only our talent, but also our shared
commitment to passing down Greek traditions to future generations.

But we cannot do this without you.

Your sponsorship will help cover essential travel and participation costs, ensuring that
our dancers and musicians can bring their passion, dedication, and artistry to these
stages. By giving, you are not just funding a trip, you are investing in the cultural
heartbeat of our community and empowering the next generation to keep our traditions
alive.
