Adult Classes

The Orpheus Adult Classes are open to anyone ages 19 or older. No previous dance experience is required.  

There are 2 class levels offered – Beginner/Intermediate and Advanced/Competitive.

The Beginner/Intermediate Group consists of members of any level and everybody is welcome to be part of this diverse and fun group. Members are welcome to join at any time. Practices are held every Thursday except for the week of Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and over the summer break (mid-June through beginning of September). Classes take place from September (Thursday after Labor day) until the beginning of June.

The Adult Advanced/Competitive Group participates annually at the HDF Dance Festival/Competition that is held every January. The program runs February to January. It is beneficial for new members to start in February and learn the new material from the beginning. Practices are held every Thursday except for the week of Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and over the summer break (mid-June through late August).

Registration fee is $300.

Beginner/Intermediate classes are held on Thursdays from 6:30 - 7:30PM.
Advanced/Competitive classes are held on Thursdays from 7:30 - 9:00PM.
